These terms (together with the webpages and documents referred to in it) set out the rules for using our website www.s4snextgen.org (our site). Please read these terms carefully before you start to use our site.
www.s4snextgen.org is a site operated by Speakers for Schools (We). We are a registered charity under charity number 1150411 and have our registered office at 40 Berkley Square, London, W1J 5AL.
By using our site you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these terms you must not use our site.
From time to time, we may enter into a separate agreement with you, such as a user agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of that agreement and these terms, the terms of that separate agreement shall apply.
We may amend or update our site, the services we provide and these terms from time to time. Please check this page from time to time to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
We may also change the content of our site at any time. Please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are not obliged to update it.

Our site connects state school students and staff with employers to help students access work experience and related employer opportunities that aid in learning, training and advice. Students can submit their profile and search for work experience opportunities. Schools can submit information about students and suggest appropriate employer engagement opportunities. Employers can advertise work experience and related approved opportunities and connect with students and schools.
Our site also enables students and schools to share feedback on work experience and we encourage and the sharing of best practice for students, teachers and employers.
The services are only available once you complete the registration section of our site, including confirmation that you have accepted these terms, and create an account.
You acknowledge that any employers, schools, students and/or other participants you engage with will deal with you directly and any arrangements will be formed between you and them without us being a party. We are not responsible for your use of, or any liability arising out of your use of, the services save to the extent required by law.
To register an account you must submit certain information and any details you provide must be about you and accurate.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any material placed by you on our site.
You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that if you cancel your account or your account is terminated, all your account information will be deleted and removed from our site. We may continue to have access to your information for a period of time due to possible delays in implementing information deletion. In addition employers may keep saved copies of the information you have submitted.
We reserve the right to delete your account and all your information after a period of inactivity of six months.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We may co-operate with law enforcement authorities in relation to any such misuse, including by disclosing your identity to them.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is in our opinion fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We request that any third party organisations notify us before linking and promoting our site.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The websites from which you are linking must comply in all respects with the representations and warranties below relating to User Content (as if that websites and its contents were User Content).
