“We shape our buildings; thereafter they shape us.”

Do you have an interest in the built environment and how it is shaped?

Then join Architecture 00’s Insight Evening!

Architecture 00 is a London-based design practice who deliver a broad range of activities relating to the shaping of our built environment. Founded in 2005, our studio brings together skills in research, urban design, and architecture. Alongside designing award-winning buildings for our clients, we are especially skilled in environmental sustainability and working with communities to realise projects together.

Our insight session will give an overview of the architecture industry, different routes into the profession and what opportunities a degree in architecture can offer. This will be followed up by an insight into the life of Architecture 00’s studio, which includes a diverse group of disciplines from architecture, regeneration, public realm to furniture design. We will run through several live projects to explain our design process and our role in delivering built environments, including buildings, high streets to whole areas of a city.

You can expect to gain knowledge about the various roles of an architect and other built environment designers and ask questions about the work we do. We will also explain what these different terms and disciplines mean.

The session will be opened up at the end for questions and further discussion.
