Tesco: Presenting Yourself with Confidence - 1.5 hr workshop
all YEAR 10 -13 Students….
cringe when asked to present? Do you want to become more confident at presentations?
welcome all students to this mini employability workshop on 5th July 4.00 - 5.30 pm - no prior experience
is required to take part.
session will be delivered online and is interactive. You will be asked to participate
throughout. We will help you to understand the importance of structuring your
presentation, looking at the language you use and share hints/tips on other
areas to consider including understanding your audience, doing research, having
prepared questions and looking your best.
workshop is closely aligned and complimented by the Interview Skills Workshop
(date 7th July 10.30-12) and gives a great insight into and grounding
of future employability skills.

- Students who have not previously had work experience, do not have access to other opportunities (such as via parents) and qualify for FSM or Pupil Premium are especially encouraged to apply
- Students will need to be able to access the online classroom (details to follow) from 4.00-5.30 pm.
- Be sure to read all the details as applications will be selected based on enthusiasm and open-mindedness for this specific opportunity, organisation and industry.
