Here at Santander one of our behaviours is showing support and during the pandemic we know it has been difficult for you to be able to get the work experience or face-to-face time with companies to help you shape your future.

Will give you the guidance and tools for you to be able to improve your knowledge of the working world and have the chance to speak to our colleagues at our workshops.

This is the first in our series of workshops where you will get the chance to talk to a colleague at Santander about key skills, how to prepare for a virtual interview and assessment centre, and ask our graduates & apprentices questions.

This one hour workshop will:

- Provide you with some ideas about what might be your `Dream Job`

- Know how to prepare for interview questions

- Consider how you manage yourself and your environment as part of the interview process

Workwise will give students access to on-demand resources on: •Routes to Employment •Large Company Structures •Taxes, National Insurance, Pensions and Holidays •Entrepreneurship •CV Examples and Templates •Assessment centres: What are they, practice activities There are two optional workshops to accompany the site - the first on skills overview and development, preparing for an interview and finding out what it`s like to be a graduate or apprentice.
