Teachers- Do your students enjoy problem solving; have an eye for detail and an interest in medical terminology? Are they self-motivated, eager to learn and enjoy a challenge? If the answer is yes, then a future career in clinical coding could be perfect for them.

The Clinical Coding team from Mid Cheshire Hospital Trust would like to invite young people aged between 14 – 19 years of age and studying in Cheshire & Warrington to come along to a Discovery Session 10am- 11am 14th July to find out more about the fantastic careers on offer.

The session will include:

•What is Clinical Coding?

•A day in the life of a Clinical Coder

•Career routes into this role – what qualifications you will need.

•Q&A session

This session is suitable for whole class groups to join via one screen and for teachers to facilitate Q&A. Schools who are interested in this opportunity should email experience@speakersforschools.org and Quote ID No 1981 to register your school and students.
