BRINGING CONSTRUCTION TO YOU
Robertson is delighted to offer a virtual work placement opportunity. Your virtual work placement will give you the opportunity to connect with the construction industry. You will gain an introduction to our industry, our organisation and careers within it, as well as recognising and developing the skills you will need for the world of work.
Over three sessions, you will carry out our work based challenge- design a new construction project. You will learn how to research, plan and design, as well as identifying the roles needed for your project. Throughout your placement you will meet members of Team Robertson who will share their knowledge and expertise to support your mini project.
Preference for applications from pupils in Scotland and North of England.

This virtual work placement is aimed at the senior school phase 15+ age group and will be held over three days from 1st to 3rd March 2021 from 10am to 1pm. The opportunity is not only ideal for those interested in Construction, it is also suitable for the development of personal and work related skills for all learners.
The sessions will be delivered by members of the Robertson team. Each learner will receive a work placement pack including supporting materials and will be guided through the interactive and engaging work placement.
Every learner will receive a certificate of completion at the end of their placement.
